Fees

In the spirit of our non-profit status, we have succeeded in maintaining our fees at essentially the same level as they were when the Foundation was established in 1987. Healthcare organizations are asked to pay an initial application fee of $1,000 to cover administrative costs. This amount is due at the same time records are submitted for initial review or an on-site visit is scheduled. The institution will be billed for the balance of the payment when the final report is completed. Individual reviewers are compensated at a rate of $350 per hour for chart analysis and report writing, and $350 per hour or more for site visits, depending on the specialty. There is usually a per diem minimum.
